John Childers
Mr. Childers has an engineering degree from Purdue University and an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University . He has held positions in engineering, operations, quality and executive management in Fortune 200 companies. John worked with Roger Slater, myself and the team that created Integrated Process Management. He began his consulting career in 1984 and has personally trained over 135,000 employees in seminars and training classes in organizations throughout the United States , Canada , Europe and South America . John has spoken to and trained all levels of employees, from hourly associates to top executives.
John’s personable and flexible nature has allowed him to assist a diverse range of clients world-wide. He has conducted supervisory and team training with manufacturing clients such as Smuckers , US Steel, Teledyne, Rubbermaid and Carmeuse Lime. John has worked extensively with the US Navy, county governments in Florida . In the education sector, John has taught continuing education in quality management at various universities including, Rutgers , SMU, Michigan State , and San Jose State and has also applied IPM to middle school students in Columbus , Ohio .
