Training Philosophy

Deasy & Associates' experience has proven that the most successful training programs contain company-specific examples and fun, experiential exercises to transfer knowledge and skill. With this in mind, training courses are customized for clients to fit their specific needs and filled with a variety of activities. We train on-site or at other desired locations. Some courses may be combined and/or modulized to fit employees' schedules. Deasy & Associates, Inc., prides itself on providing clients with the desired training, at the desired time, at the desired location.

Deasy & Associates' Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of an agreed upon contract 30 business days prior to the agreed upon date, will result in Deasy & Associates, Inc., billing 50% of the fees and all developmental costs associated with the seminar or consulting days.
If the sessions are rescheduled 30 days prior to the agreed upon date, 50% of the fees will be billed immediately, with the balance billed after the rescheduled session is conducted.
The session must be rescheduled within 90 days of the original date or all fees will be assessed and a new contract negotiated.
Cancellation or postponement of a class or consultation day 10 business days prior to the scheduled date, will result in the billing of 100% of the fees, developmental and material, associated with the seminar or consulting days.
